The most obvious pitfall of this past Presidential Election were those who voted for Donald Trump actually allowing themselves to be fooled into believing they were casting their ballot for a person of competence, who had their best interests at heart.  The shallowness of his mind,  the ignorance of his thoughts and the cupidity of someone without a moral compass are all revealed by Trump himself.  Through his own words Trump reveals himself as someone who is way out of his league as President and whose mental stability is problematic.  His supporters, however, seemed to adore him, either for his bigotry, his bluster, his promises of jobs, his promise of lower taxes,  or all of the above.  They ignored, or were oblivious to his inability to speak on an adult level.  They loved all his false macho poses and his bullying demeanor.  The question of the election never should have been Trump, or Hilary,  because Trump never should have been taken seriously enough to be nominated.  Here is proof of all I am saying, encapsulated in quotes from three wise people and proved in two videos based on the utterances of Trump. One by a TV Late Night Host and one is by a Cable News Commentator who actually worked in government in Washington. Both of them use the words of our wayward President to prove the case against him.
